1. Returns Eligibility

- Perishable goods.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us through our store contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any item back.
- Securely package the item and return it using a tracked delivery service where possible.
Unauthorized returns may experience delays in processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we may cover reasonable return postage costs.
- If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, return postage costs are normally the customer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
